Patience...
... is a virtue. So I am told. I'm not sure Clara would agree - in fact I know darn well that she wouldn't. But you, my dear friends are indeed virtuous, for the patience you have been forced to show is much appreciated. I on the other hand appear to be virtue-less.
So, after yet another absence - now at least you know why - I really want to say thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU everybody for your wonderful support and encouragement over the past few months.
And look who has fluttered into the shop...
This little sparrow is very pleased to be finally finished. He has been sitting on my desk without wings or a beak for at least six weeks. But now he is done, although he remains nameless because I just can't decide on what he is. Any ideas?
And... he is not the only new addition. Keepsies have landed!
There are eight of them all lined up in the shop waiting for precious and most special things to be kept inside them. Each one is different, fully lined, embroidered, and tagged with a cupcake. And they all come packaged in a handmade cotton bag (very eco-friendly!).
Have a lovely afternoon all, I am going to rest, and eat cherries, and watch my tummy because it looks as though there is an earthquake going on in there! (Although I'm fairly reassured that in actual fact it is just a wriggly baby.)

Just wait until it seems like there's an alien about to pop of your stomach - that is weird!!
The new creations are adorable as always! Glad to see your feeling better!

How VERY exciting! Babies, spuggies and keepsies! Spugs are what we call sparrows -don't know why?
Ooh I can still remember the feeling of a baby squirming around inside you. There is no feeling like it one Earth. Enjoy it. :0)

Love the spuggie, yes I call them that too. He's very cute. Love the keepsies too.
The fatties my sewing group are doing are coming along nicely, should have some photos by next week.
Keep up the good work with the baby growing. I remember the sickness and feeling tired all the time all too well.
X Clare

So cute. As for patience, I think it's safe to say that I am happy to be patient as long as you continue to write such delightful blog entries with such cute pictures.

Rest while you can. Love the colour range on the keepsies. What about Peawit or Andrew for the sparrow?

Aww, love the sparrow :) How about calling him Spud? Or...Simon...or Nigel. While I'm at it I could pick a name for your baby too..ok, maybe not :D
P.S. Are you still offering prizes for wearing Clara and Macy badges in public? Because Mr. Pigeon and I will be exploring southern Germany this week and may take some new badges with us!

Hi! Just wondering how you are...when you're coming back. I check daily to see if there are any updates...but still no word. Patience is a virtue, huh?
